1. Kimiz

Bu gizlilik politikası, Hu App tarafından sunulan namaz vakitleri uygulaması (Vakit / Waqt / الوقت) için geçerlidir. Uygulama çevrimdışı çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır; reklam, analitik veya hesap sistemi kullanmaz.

2. Topladığımız / işlediğimiz veriler

Konum (hassas) — isteğe bağlı:

• Namaz vakitlerini, kıble yönünü ve ülkeye göre hesaplama yöntemini belirlemek için cihaz konumunuz kullanılabilir.
• Konum izni vermezseniz manuel konum / favori seçerek de uygulamayı kullanabilirsiniz.
• Seçtiğiniz konum (enlem/boylam, yer adı, ülke kodu) cihazınızda uygulama ayarları içinde saklanır.
• Yer adı arama ve ters coğrafi kodlama için cihazın Geocoder / konum servisleri (ör. Google Play Hizmetleri) kullanılabilir; bu işlem sırasında konum veya arama metni ilgili platform servisine iletilebilir.

Uygulama tercihleri (cihaz üzerinde):

• Dil, tema, bildirim hatırlatıcıları, vakit ofsetleri, widget görünümü, hicri takvim ofseti vb.
• Bu tercihler cihazınızdaki yerel depolamada tutulur; bizim sunucumuza gönderilmez (uygulamanın kendi sunucusu yoktur).

3. Toplamadığımız veriler

• Ad, e-posta, telefon, hesap bilgisi
• Ödeme / finansal veri
• Rehber, fotoğraf, mesaj, takvim içeriği
• Reklam kimliği, analitik, kilitlenme raporlama SDK’ları
• Reklam veya izleme amaçlı veri

4. Verilerin paylaşımı

Verilerinizi reklamverenler veya analitik şirketleriyle satmıyor ve paylaşmıyoruz. Aşağıdakiler üçüncü taraf “pazarlama paylaşımı” değildir:

• Platform servisleri: Konum düzelme ve Geocoder için Google Play Hizmetleri / sistem konum servisleri.
• Wear OS eşlemesi: Ayarlar (konum özeti dahil) eşleşmiş saatinize aktarılabilir.
• Cihaz yedekleme: Android yedekleme açıksa tercihler Google hesabı yedeğine girebilir.
• Destek: Bize e-posta yazarsanız, yazdığınız içerik e-posta yoluyla bize ulaşır.

5. Saklama ve güvenlik

Konum ve tercihler cihazınızdadır. Uygulamayı silerseniz cihaz üzerindeki bu veriler silinir (yedekleriniz ayrıca kalabilir). Ayrı bir bulut hesabımız olmadığı için sunucuda tuttuğumuz kullanıcı profili yoktur.

6. Çocuklar

Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir; 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Konum izni ebeveyn / kullanıcı kontrolündedir.

7. Haklarınız

• Konum iznini cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
• Favori / manuel konumları uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
• Uygulamayı kaldırmak, cihazda saklanan uygulama verilerini kaldırır.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfadaki yürürlük tarihini yenileriz. Play Store / App Store listelerindeki bağlantı güncel metne işaret eder.

1. Who we are

This privacy policy applies to the prayer-times app (Vakit / Waqt / الوقت) published by Hu App. The app is designed to work offline-first. It does not use ads, analytics SDKs, or user accounts.

2. Data we process

Location (precise) — optional:

• Used to calculate prayer times, Qibla direction, and automatic calculation method by country.
• You can use the app without granting location permission by choosing a manual / favorite location.
• Chosen location (coordinates, place name, country code) is stored in local app settings on your device.
• Place search and reverse geocoding may use the device Geocoder / platform location services (e.g. Google Play services), which may transmit a location or search string to those services.

App preferences (on-device): language, theme, notification reminders, minute offsets, widget appearance, Hijri day offset, and similar settings — stored locally. We do not operate an app backend that receives these settings.

3. Data we do not collect

• Name, email, phone number, or account credentials
• Payment or financial information
• Contacts, photos, messages, or device calendar content
• Advertising IDs, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs
• Data for advertising or tracking profiles

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or analytics companies. Related platform flows:

• Platform services: Play services / system geocoder for location fixes and place lookup.
• Wear OS sync: settings (including a location summary) may sync to your paired watch.
• Device backup: if Android backup is enabled, preferences may be included in your Google account backup.
• Support: if you email us, the content you send reaches us by email.

5. Retention & security

Location and preferences stay on your device. Uninstalling the app removes app-local data (your system backups may remain separately). We do not maintain a cloud user profile for this app.

6. Children

The app is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Location access is under user/parental control via system permissions.

7. Your choices

• Revoke location permission in system settings.
• Delete favorite / manual locations in the app.
• Uninstall the app to remove on-device app data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date on this page. Store listing links should point to the current version.
